It has strong adaptability to the site and can achieve better input-output ratio.

Since it is an old warehouse renovation project, it is very suitable for adopting the 3D pallet shuttle solution. The project of "Smart warehouse" takes Megvii 3D pallet shuttle system as the core, which consists of hardware equipment such as 3D pallet shuttle, shelf, lift and conveying line, as well as Megvii HETU software platform including WES and TES. It realizes automatic inbound, storage, picking and outbound of finished products, packages and empty pallets, as well as cross-regional linkage of production line. According to previous calculations, compared with the traditional stacker crane solution, the storage capacity of the warehouse has increased by more than 110% after the transformation, significantly improving the operational efficiency and making business information more transparent and visualized.
